The competition (the “Prize Draw”) is operated by Lekker Adventures Limited (company number 8753433), trading as Lekker Boutique Travel, of 23 Skylines Village, London, E14 9TS (“Lekker”).
There will be four Prize Draws each calendar year. They will run between the following dates:

How to enter
To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw you must be aged 18 years or over and not be any of the following:
employees of Booking.com or Lekker or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees of agents or suppliers of Booking.com or Lekker or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
In entering a Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Lekker may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
To enter a Prize Draw you must book a trip using Lekker’s unique Booking.com link – http://www.booking.com/index.html?aid=1333398 – (a “Booking”) and then provide your name and email address on the form found at https://www.lekkerboutiquetravel.com/prize-draw/. Once you have done this, you will be included in the list of potential winners of Lekker’s Prize Draw (a “Participant”).
There is a limit of one entry to the Prize Draw for every Booking.
Lekker will not accept Prize Draw entries that are: MACROBUTTON optional
automatically generated by computer;
completed by third parties or in bulk;
illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
photocopies and not originals; or
incomplete
The Prize Draw that the Participant is entered into will be determined by the date that the trip of each Booking ends. For example, if a Participant completes the conditions mentioned in clause 2.2 so as to be included in a Prize Draw on 1 March, and the trip of that Booking ends on 1 May, the Participant will be entered into Prize Draw No. 2 (as described in the table of clause 1.2).
If a Participant cancels their Booking, their entry to that Prize Draw will be withdrawn.
Lekker will not accept responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Lekker reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
The chosen Participant of each Prize Draw will be randomly selected by computer software (the “Winner”). Lekker will not have any input as to choosing the Winner. The decision of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize
There is one (1) prize per Prize Draw (the “Prize”). The Prize is a £100 voucher to spend at Amazon. Lekker reserves the right to vary the Prize from time to time.
Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. Lekker reserves the right to substitute the Prize with something of equal or greater value.
The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
Winner announcement
The Winner will be announced shortly after the Closing Date of each Prize Draw (the “Announcement Date”).
Lekker will contact the Winner personally as soon as practicable, using the email address provided.
Lekker will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize by accepting it within 14 days of the Announcement Date, Lekker reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Participant.
Lekker does not accept any responsibility if you are unable to accept the Prize and you subsequently lose the right to claim it.
The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
A list of Winners can be viewed on the website lekkerboutiquetravel.com (“Website”) and Lekker may announce the Winner throughout the Website and on various social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram and Twitter.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Lekker, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Lekker, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Ownership of Prize Draw entries and intellectual property rights
All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to Lekker will become the property of Lekker on receipt and will not be returned.
By entering a Prize Draw as set out in clause 2.3, you agree to: MACROBUTTON optional
assign to Lekker all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
waive all moral rights, in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
You agree that Lekker may, but is not obliged to, make your entry available on its Website and any other media, whether currently in existence or created at some future date, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You agree to grant Lekker a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Prize Draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Prize Draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes
Data protection and publicity
If you are the Winner of a Prize Draw, you agree that Lekker may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the Winner of the Prize Draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
By entering a Prize Draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Prize Draw entry may be held and used only by Lekker or its agents and suppliers to administer a Prize Draw.
You agree that we may contact you with information about goods and services that we feel may be of interest to you.
General
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Lekker may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
Lekker reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, and without any notice to you.
These terms and conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
